Service Alert - Lawrence Campus Network Outages

Due to a power outage on a portion of KU's Lawrence Campus, many network based service will be impacted. Services currently affected include:

DNS services
My Identity sites
Cable TV for all of campus
Public Labs- authentication on machines and printing
KU Anywhere (VPN)
Kyou Portal
Sporadic login issues with Enroll and Pay

Westar is working to resolve the power issue. During the process of troubleshooting the problem, they will be activating and dropping power feeds frequently. This may cause service availability to fluctuate.
