ACM Schedules First Meeting

The Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) is a professional society for those interested in computing. We will be having our first general meeting of the year next week from 5:30–6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 4, in Learned 3152.

The meeting will be devoted to giving a general overview of our organization. If you are new, we will go over what exactly the ACM is, what kind of events we will hold. In addition, we'll cover some of the programming-related aspects of our organization, including two upcoming competitions and our competitive programming group.
