Stouffer Assists EECS Faculty and Students

Melissa Stouffer is the new assistant to faculty and students in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (EECS). At the front desk, Stouffer is the first point of contact for guests, students, and faculty. She prepares teaching evaluations, orders textbooks and office supplies, and performs other tasks to ensure the office runs smoothly.

This marks Stouffer’s return to KU. She worked as an administrative associate in the Graduate Applications Processing Center before moving to a graduate administrator position in the Department of Chemical and Petroleum Engineering in 2007. She moved to Wyoming and worked in industry before returning to KU.

Stouffer said she is excited to be back at KU and hopes to continue her studies in accounting. She replaces Crystal Leal.
