CRESIS Searching for New Faculty
The Center for Remote Sensing of Ice Sheets (CReSIS) at the University of Kansas invites applications for a tenure-track position at the Assistant Professor level beginning August 2007.
CReSIS is an NSF Science and Technology Center. Applicants for Associate or Full Professor level will be considered in exceptional cases. We are seeking applicants with research interests in one of the following areas: signal processing, sensors, avionics or mixed-signal design. Preference will be given to applicants with experience in remote sensing of polar ice.
Successful candidates are expected to develop and sustain sponsored research programs and to become recognized leaders in their research and teaching.
