PAUL F. HUEBNER MEMORIAL AWARD 

The award is offered to teaching assistants who best exemplify the role of a teacher.

The award is given for the best M.S. thesis and Ph.D. dissertation.

ELLERMEIER MEMORIAL AWARD

The award is open to any nontraditional engineering student who has demonstrated scholastic achievement at KU.

This award is given to one graduating senior in each of the three academic areas within the department and is based on overall outstanding achievement.

HARRY TALLEY EXCELLENCE IN TEACHING AWARD

This award, voted on by graduating seniors, is designed to recognize a professor in the department who has contributed significantly to undergraduate education and has developed a strong rapport with students both inside and outside of the classroom.
