Design and Build Electric Car for Course Credit

Did you know that you can join Jayhawk Motorsports and receive EECS credit? Students design, manufacture, and race an electric and combustion vehicle as part of Jayhawk Motorsports. There are many opportunities to get involved and earn credit towards your EECS degree.

Sophomores, Juniors, Seniors in EE, CoE and CS

Spring semester - Enroll in ME 642 and qualify for a professional elective credit (3 hours)

Seniors in EE,CoE, and CS

Spring semester - subject to senior design instructor approval (EECS 502, 542, and 582)
