Techincal Assistance

Are you having a techinal problem involving EECS Department resourses? If so, there are several ways to find the assistance you need.

  • EECS Wiki - A collection of FAQs, walkthroughts, and documents that detail solutions to common problems.

  • Help Request - If you are unable to find a solution to your problem in the EECS Wiki, you can always submit a help ticket. All submitted help tickets are reviewed by a member of the EECS Tech Staff.

  • Help Desk - Located in the Computing Commons on the first floor of Eaton Hall, help desk employees can help with many common problems.
