Help Request

The EECS Help Request Ticket System is designed to provide users the most effective way of notifying the EECS Tech Staff of technical issues they are having with EECS systems. Below you will find the help system options available.

General Request

This option is a request for assistance for issues with personal accounts, lab machines in a non-class setting and general technical knowledge about EECS resources.

Instructor Request

This option is for notification of issues directly impacting the teaching of a class, discussion or lab. This is only to be used by EECS faculty, GTAs, and staff.

To request the current status of an outstanding ticket. You will need both the ticket number and the e-mail address used to request the ticket status.
