During operating hours the staff at the Help Desk located in the Computering Commons on the first floor of Eaton Hall can help with EECS users with login problems, printing problems, and other general computer use problems. If you have misplaced an item the Help Desk also acts as a lost and found.
If you have a more specific technical problem you are most likey to find the answser in the EECS Wiki, but if you are unable to find a solution there feel free to submit a help ticket
